Studio Tour Terms of Service

Terms of Service are Effective 6/15/2025

✅ Studio Tour Overview

Duration:
20–30 minutes per tour (groups up to 6). Smaller groups may finish sooner.

Location:
Our working studio, located on the lower level of our retail shop. Please note: stairs required—no elevator access.

📌 Before You Book

  • Tickets are non-refundable, but they can be transferred to another person.

  • Rescheduling may be possible at Sole Survivor’s discretion.

  • Children 15 & under must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult.

  • No pets, food, or drinks allowed. (Trained service dogs welcome—please notify us in advance.)

🛠 During Your Visit

  • Arrive a few minutes early. Tours begin promptly at the time on your ticket.

  • Look, don’t touch: Please avoid handling tools, leather, or machinery—some items are sharp or rare.

  • Photos & Video: Ask before taking any pictures or recordings.
