RETURN POLICY FOR CLEARANCE SALE ITEMS:
CLEARANCE SALE ITEMS MAY BE RETURNED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF YOUR RECEIPT. A RESTOCK FEE OF $8/PR plus RETURN SHIPPING LABEL FEE ($8/1st pair $3 each additional pair) WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND.
Merchandise being shipped from within the United States may be returned or exchanged. Click a link below to view our return policy or instructions for making a return or an exchange.
- **Footwear (including Naot footwear) that are being exchanged will receive one FREE *pre-paid return label per order via email for items shipped within the lower 48 states. All other exchanges or subsequent footwear exchanges on the same order will require purchase of a return label at $8.00.
- **All other returns or exchanges may purchase a pre-paid return label for items shipping within the lower 48 states. To purchase a prepaid return label first create your return request then click here to purchase your return label.
The following items are not permitted for return or exchange unless a special authorization is provided and/or the product was deemed defective by Sole Survivor within 90 days of purchase:
- items that are used, worn, damaged, or missing parts
- personalized items such as Leather Name Belts.
- special order sizes, or colors.
- sale items
- Any products marked with TERMS: FINAL SALE under the additional information section of the product description.
Please allow 1-2 weeks following receipt of your return for exchanges to arrive, if you requested an exchange. We will send you an order confirmation email for your exchange order as soon as it is placed. If you are in a hurry, return your original item for a refund and place a new order online for your replacement item. This will expedite your receipt of the new/replacement item. Please note, Sole Survivor can only provide free exchange shipping for items shipped from a U.S. address. Because we provide you with only one pre-paid shipping label per order, we suggest you wait for receipt of all items on your order before beginning the return/exchange process. After receiving all items on your order, please place all return items into one shipping box (any type of shipping box) to take advantage of the free return postage. You can return your order for up to 30 days from the ship date. Items that you return or exchange must be in the condition that you received them and in the original retail packaging. Sole Survivor does not guarantee wear or tear or any damage unrelated to the manufacturer. Once we receive your return item(s), we will credit your original payment method for the full purchase price of each item in the return shipment. Please allow 5-7 business days for your credit to be issued once we receive your return.
* Sole Survivor return or exchange postage does not apply to merchandise being returned from locations outside of the United States and APO/FPO locations.
** Sole Survivor accepts returns or exchanges only for items purchased on the Sole Survivor website. If you would like to return or exchange an item that was not purchased on the Sole Survivor website, please contact the retailer where you made the purchase.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN OR AN EXCHANGE
- For U.S. orders, click here.
- Click on the "Return Items" button on the Completed Orders page. Orders older than 30 days do not show the "Return Items" button. This is because orders older than 30 days exceed the maximum number of days an order is eligible for return.
- On the Return/Exchange Request page change the Qty To Return column for the item(s) that you would like to return or exchange.
- Select a return reason, and return action.
- Enter any comments into the comment box.
- If you do not wish to be provided a pre-paid label please state so.
- For exchanges, enter the exchange information in the comments box.
- Click Submit Return Request button.
Within 72 hours you will receive an email with detailed instructions for returning the item(s) along with your *pre-paid label. Because we provide you with only one pre-paid shipping label per order, we suggest you wait for receipt of all items on your order before beginning the return/exchange process. After receiving all items on your order, please place all return items into one shipping box (any type of shipping box) to take advantage of the free return postage. If you are in a hurry, return your original item for a refund and place a new order online for your replacement item. This will expedite your receipt of the new/replacement item.
