Returns & exchanges can be made within 30 days of your receipt of goods. All returns and exchanges require a credit order number. You may use the return/exchange form to request a credit order number. This policy applies to online orders only, for in-store purchases please refer to your customer receipt.
- Returned items must be clean and in brand new, unworn condition. Product must be in its original packaging (i.e. shoebox). Please do not tape up the original packaging. Wrap it in paper or put it inside of another box.

A refund will be made to original payment method used – please allow 1-2 weeks for your refund to appear on your statement.
Note: Missing shoe boxes will be charged an $8 restock fee.
