SHIPPING OPTIONS

Sole Survivor offers FREE Best Way shipping via our preferred carrier of USPS or UPS for orders totalling $100.00 or greater before taxes (taxes applicable to Illinois residents only.) and shipped to a delivery address in the lower 48 states or to military families with an APO or FPO. 

All other orders can take advantage of our current Best Way flat rate shipping special for just $7.00 when shipped to a delivery address in the lower 48 states or to military families with an APO or FPO.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Sole Survivor does not currently ship to all geographical locations and address types. Below are some general guidelines

  • Sole Survivor does ship to P.O. Boxes and military APO/FPO addresses.
  • Sole Survivor does ship to a growing list of international addresses. To view the list of countries available for international shipping, click here.

EXPEDITED OPTIONS

Please place your order online first, then give us a call referencing your order number. At this point we can determine the earliest possible ship date for your order and what method is most approriate for your needs.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Sole Survivor ships international orders via USPS. For a list of countries Sole Survivor ships to, click here. For shipments to these countries, simply select the appropriate destination country during the checkout process.
 

DELIVERY TIMES

For Footwear orders such as Naot, Birkenstock, Merrell, etc, please aAllow 3-10 business days for receipt within the United States when you order with free Best Way Ground shipping. 

For Leather goods items including belts, please allow up to 2 weeks because these items are made to order. 

As a general rule, processing time plus shipping time equals total delivery time. Processing time typically ranges from 1-3 business days. Processing time includes receiving your order and packing the item for shipping. After processing is complete and shipping begins, shipping time is the carrier transit time from our location to your shipping address.

International orders are shipped via USPS service. Delivery time to international destinations is typically 3-14 days after order confirmation. Please note that delays which are beyond our control can occur in customs. A tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipment to allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment.

ORDER TRACKING

If you provide a valid email address when you order, you will receive two kinds of emails:

  1. Almost immediately after you place an order, you will receive an email with the subject "Your Sole Survivor Order Confirmation". This email confirms your order was received and is being processed.

  2. When your order ships, you will receive an email with the subject "Your Sole Survivor Order Shipment Confirmation" that contains your shipment tracking number. With this number, you have 24-hour access to monitor the progress of your package as it is in transit to you.

Once you receive an Order Shipment Confirmation email for an item, you may track its shipment in any of the following four ways:

  1. Click the link provided in the "Order Shipment Confirmation" email.

  2. Visit the UPS Online Tracking or USPS Track & Confirm web page. Copy and paste the tracking number from the "Order Shipment Confirmation" email into the Tracking form.

  3. If you are a registered Sole Survivor member and logged in to make your purchase, then click here to access your account. When prompted, enter your email address and password. Once logged in, select "View Order Status." located under the Manage Your Account menu. For any item listed as "Shipped", click the "[Track]" link to view progress of the shipment.

If your order appears late, you should consider the following:

  • Delivery occurs only on business days, Mondays through Fridays.

  • There are certain holidays that carriers do not pickup or deliver.

  • It may take 24 hours before tracking information appears on the carriers website.
