Measure a belt that you already have from the tip of the buckle to the hole most often used.
This measurement will tell you what size to order. Or using a cloth tape measure, measure around your waist going thru the loops of your pants and pull it just to.
For Example: If the measurement is 36" then order a 36".
Note: If in between sizes, order the larger size.
